Our Story

Cast Again Tackle began in 2020 as a small eBay store. With more than 15,000 items sold, we built a reputation for quality products, dependable service, and a commitment to the anglers who support us.

In the winter of 2022, we began manufacturing our own fishing tackle, including tube jigs, Ned heads, and more. This marked an important step in our growth and gave us greater control over the quality and design of our products.

In the summer of 2023, we acquired Crooked Creek Tackle, a respected soft plastics brand with roots dating back to the early 1990s. That fall, we proudly brought back the Original Crooked Creek Salty Tube under the Cast Again Tackle name, carrying on a tradition that anglers have trusted for decades.

We continued to grow in late summer of 2024 with the acquisition of Dem Jigs, a Chicago based brand known for its quality jigs. This addition expanded our lineup and strengthened our selection for bass anglers.

In the summer of 2026, we purchased Reel Tungsten, another Chicago based brand, and rebranded all of its inventory under the Cast Again Tackle name. This acquisition expanded our tungsten fishing weight lineup, giving anglers more options across our product offerings.

Today, Cast Again Tackle remains a family owned business with a simple goal: to make quality fishing tackle backed by service you can count on.
