Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Most packages arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the destination and order size. Please be aware that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, labor shortages, or incorrect address information.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. If a carrier issue arises, we will contact you directly to arrange alternative delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at sales@castagaintackle.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
