Shipping policy
It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped it generally takes 2-4 days to receive your order. There is always a possibility of shipping delays by the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, DHL, and More) these delays include but are not limited to weather, labor shortages, inaccurate shipping info, and the holiday season.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Shipping: All orders over $60 before tax ship for free. We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping for all orders under $60.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@castagaintackle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
